Welcome to June - a month that brings sunshine, blooming gardens, and the start of summer’s simple pleasures. It’s a wonderful time to enjoy the beauty of our community, reconnect with neighbors outdoors, and take part in the many activities that make the Oaks such a special place to call home.

This month we also take time to celebrate fathers, honor the graduates in our families, and look forward to gathering together for the events that brighten our days.

On June 11th there will be an Open Board meeting at 1:00 PM. All shareholders are encouraged to attend. These meetings provide an opportunity to stay informed about important community matters, upcoming projects, financial updates, and ongoing improvements throughout our cooperative. Open communication and resident participation help strengthen our community and promote a positive and respectful environment.

The Open Board meeting will also give you an excellent opportunity to meet the candidates that are seeking re-election.

The Memorial Day Celebration was a wonderful success and a meaningful day of remembrance for our community. The Board of Directors invites all residents to join us in celebrating the 250th Anniversary of our Country this 4th of July.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the upcoming summer events and wish all our residents a safe and pleasant month ahead. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we work together to keep our community welcoming and enjoyable for all.
